Large Format Coffee Table Book Design on Indian Jewelry
India Book House used to be India’s leading publishing company. Kumkum Nadig, founder of Kena was approached to design this book on Indian Jewelry when the author proposed this project to IBH. The design of the layouts and the format of the book is the result of constant dialog between the authors, photographer and us. Focus of the design was on immersing the viewer in the intricate craft & designs of the jewels, historical context and the sheer wealth of information from diverse sources that the authors researched to write the book.
Dance of the Peacock was in its 4th edition as of 2011.
