Cloudnine is a chain of premium birthing facilities in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. As part of a comprehensive rebranding process the Kena team also designed Cloudnine’s key marketing brochures one each for their customers and for medical practitioners.
The CRE (Customer Relation Executive) binder is an all-inclusive source of information. Cloudnine employees use it to inform interested clients about their services. Keeping in mind the requirements and mindset of the audience, the binder design highlights the experience of motherhood with emotive imagery and a soft, appealing colour palette. The binder provides a holistic view of the Cloudnine experience. It seeks to reassure mothers that they will receive expert care and attention.
The DRM (Doctor Relation Manager) binder is meant to attract leading doctors and medical practitioners to be part of Cloudnine. It serves to educate them about facilities at Cloudnine, the work culture, atmosphere and ethics.
